Dr. Thaddaeus Irby
Dr. Irby is a Senior Program Manager at General Motors. He holds a Doctorate of Management from the University of Maryland University College, where he also earned his undergraduate degree in Business Administration. Dr. Irby earned his Masters of Science in Project Management from The George Washington University. He is also the founder of two community support organization in the Detroit, including the Detroit STEAM Academy, a 501c3 after-school life skills and tutoring organization supporting K-12 students in Detroit, and Collective Salvation, a consulting service to area small businesses. Prior to his work with General Motors, he was an IT project manager for Ford Motors for 1 year, a Project Engineering Manager with the Lockheed Martin Corporation for 11 years, and veteran of the United States Air Force.
